Changing your direct debit bank details

Go Cardless manage direct debit payments for us, allowing for secure online banking for members.

To change your bank details, you will need to contact Go Cardless directly on 020 7183 8674 between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Go Cardless will run through a couple of security questions, before making any changes.

Once the change has been made, there is nothing else you need to do. Payments will continue as normal using your new instruction with your previous bank details made inactive.
