If you need to change or upgrade your membership with us, or wish to cancel, please notify us by emailing us at hello@baat.org

Changing your direct debit bank details

Go Cardless manage direct debit payments for us, allowing for secure online banking for members.

To change your bank details, please email us at hello@baat.org and we will provide you with a link to access your mandate. Please note that the link is for one-time use only and expires after 12 hours. If the link hasn’t expired and you experience technical issues, you can try to troubleshoot by clearing the cookies/cache in your device or using another browser as a first step.

Once the change has been made, there is nothing else you need to do. Payments will continue as normal using your new instruction with your previous bank details made inactive.

You will only be able to change your bank details so please let us know if you require assistance making any other changes to your mandate.
