Our statement and resources related to conflict in the Middle East
We share the deep concerns of many of our members about the ongoing conflict in Palestine and Israel, and the humanitarian crisis it is causing.
Communities across the UK have been deeply affected by the conflict. We know that our members may be directly and indirectly affected, and will be supporting clients and communities who are also being affected.
To support our members during this time, we have pulled together a list of resources to help with self-care, to help you professionally in your practice, and links to external support.
We hope you can draw on this list of resources for support if you have been affected by the conflict in the Middle East, or by any conflict across the world.
Free CPD for members: Creative self-care
Run by trauma focussed therapists, members can watch a recording of a CPD session we ran on creative self-care.
Professional support
We have a professional advisor in our team who can help with practical and ethical issues that might arise in your practice or organisation. You can email Louise on louise.smart@baat.org
