Annual general meeting 2025
Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is happening on the morning of 21 June 2025, online.
It’s an opportunity to come together as a profession, look back on what we’ve accomplished over the past year, and discuss what’s next. Our Chair, Claire Louise Vaculik, and Chief Executive, Gary Fereday, will share key updates, and there will time for questions and discussion.
We’d love for you to join us—watch this space for more details.
Council nominations
We’re looking for passionate members to serve on our Council for a two year term.
Council members play an important role in our professional body. They oversee the strategic direction of the organisation, ensure that it is well governed and managed and that we meet all our statutory obligations.
If you’re a full member of the association, you’re eligible to be nominated. Find out more in the documents below.
Member proposals
Full members are invited to submit proposals for Council to consider. This is one of the ways you can share your ideas and voice any concerns.
If a proposal is approved by members at the AGM, it will be passed on to Council for consideration. While Council takes all approved proposals seriously, they are not automatically binding.
Ultimately, Council is responsible for the organisation’s sustainability, governance, and compliance with legal requirements, ensuring we stay on the right path while listening to our members.
Minutes of our 2024 AGM
You can read the minutes from last year’s AGM, which we will ask members’ to approve at this year’s AGM.
