About Michelle
I offer face to face, online, individual and group art therapy as well as professional supervision. I have more than two decades of experience within a variety of NHS settings as well as fourteen years in private practice.
Additionally I qualified as an Environmental Arts Therapy Practitioner (EAT) in 2016 and I offer this outdoor creative therapy in outdoor settings throughout Somerset in particular in Glastonbury, Winscombe and Long Ashton, near Bristol.
I offer a person centred, compassionate and trauma informed practice and I hold professional qualifications in Compassion Based Mindfulness Therapy CBMT and Compassion Focussed Therapy CFT.
