About Michiyo
I offer art therapy sessions in my private practice in Finchley Central N3, London. English and Japanese spoken, accredited by UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), registered with BAAT and HCPC.
With over a decade of clinical experience in the NHS mental health services, I have been supporting a broad range of issues such as bereavement, loss of identity, chronic depression, social anxieties and withdrawal, traumatic stress symptoms such as PTSD, attachment and relationship issues, personality disorders, psychosis, dementia, MS, and Parkinson's disease etc. I also offer personal therapy sessions for trainees on Arts Therapies courses with concessional fees.
