About Zoe
Zoe is a qualified and registered Art Psychotherapist providing therapeutic assessments and interventions. She has been practicing for over 10 years and has lots of experience working with children, adolescents, young people and adults taking a trauma-informed and person-centred approach with all her clients. In addition, Zoe has experience in providing art therapy sessions for individuals and groups in educational, clinical, voluntary and community settings. Zoe has worked within these areas for over 10 years and has also taken her work globally, delivering Art Psychotherapy in parts of Asia.
Zoe is passionate about the process of making art. Zoe believes that art is a powerful tool and when spoken words are too painful to say, art can become a client’s voice. Zoe believes that it isn’t about being “good at Art”, it is about the process of making art that heals, not the end result.
