Sian Hulley

I have a background in working with looked after and adopted children, and working with children in an educational setting, both 1-1 and in groups. I offer private therapy to young people and adults, aged 4-25. I predominately work in a person-centred and non directive way, being led by the young person as they creatively express themselves and explore thoughts, feelings and experiences. I practice using a trauma informed approach. I have worked with children and young people struggling with a wide range of issues including: anxiety, anger, low self-esteem and confidence, relational trauma, abuse, and attachment difficulties. From lived experience, I know how important it is to be heard, accepted and understood. Sometimes emotions are overwhelming and are unable to be put into words. Through art therapy, I will help you create a safe space where you can begin to process experiences and emotions in a way that is tolerable for you. I will always work with you to find what is best for you
