About Taline
I’m an Art Psychotherapist who helps adults and young people explore emotions, strengthen self-awareness, and find healing through creative expression.
Originally from Brazil and trained in Spain, I bring a multicultural and trauma-informed perspective to my work. My approach is relational and psychodynamic, informed by systemic and attachment theories. I hold postgraduate degrees in Ecology of Human Systems and Brief Character-Analytic Psychology (Es.Te.r, Spain), and a Certificate in Clay Field Therapy® from the Institute for Sensorimotor Art Therapy.
In our sessions, art becomes a language for what words cannot fully express. Through free artistic creation, we uncover emotions, memories, and meanings that support understanding and growth. You don’t need to be “good at art” — the focus is on your experience, not the outcome.
I currently offer online sessions, with the possibility of one face-to-face session per month in Peckham.
