About Kate

Hello and welcome to my profile. I’m a qualified art psychotherapist offering a blend of creative and talk-based therapy to support adults (18+).

I see therapy as a collaborative process—one where we build a trusting relationship that encourages emotional exploration, strengthens resilience, and deepens self-awareness. Whether we work through art or conversation, I provide a safe, accepting space where unconscious processes, attachment patterns, and relational dynamics can gently come to light.

My experience includes working with adults navigating neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, sexual trauma, major life transitions (such as pregnancy), grief, and end-of-life care.

When life feels overwhelming, reaching out can be hard. In therapy, you don’t have to carry things alone. I offer a calm, supportive environment where you can feel heard and explore your experiences at your own pace.

I offer a free 20-minute consultation.

Concessional rates for Art Therapy trainees are available.
