Jigsaw Community Counselling Centre offer art therapy to children and young people affected by a variety of issues, including bereavement and mental health issues. They may also be struggling with parental separation as well as ADHD or be on the autistic spectrum.

BBC Children in Need funds Julia, a full time registered arts psychotherapist and British Association of Art Therapists member. In the safe space of the project, she helps the children and young people to cope with difficult life experiences and really helps to improve their emotional wellbeing…
