Annual general meeting (AGM)

We hold an annual general meeting (AGM) every year. Our next AGM will be held on Saturday 20 June 2026.
Our AGM open to all of our members. It’s an opportunity to come together as a community, look back on what we’ve accomplished over the past year and discuss what’s next.
Elections
This year, we will re running elections for the roles of:
- Chair
- Council members
Only full members are eligible to vote in the elections.
Nominations for Council members
We’re looking for passionate members to serve on our Council for a two-year term. This year there will be five vacancies.
Council members play an important role in our professional body. They oversee the strategic direction of the organisation and ensure it’s well governed.
Only full members of the association are eligible to be nominated. To submit a nomination, please email the completed form to hello@baat.org.
📅 Deadline: 26 April 2026

Member proposals
Full members are invited to submit proposals for Council to consider. This is one of the ways you can share your ideas and voice any concerns.
If a proposal is approved by members at the AGM, it will be passed on to Council for consideration. While Council takes all approved proposals seriously, they are not automatically binding.
To submit a proposal, please email the completed form to hello@baat.org.
📅 Deadline: 26 April 2025.
