What are AIRs?
AIRs are an art therapy-specific method involving a client sharing an image of their artwork and responding to questions asked by their art therapist, captured in a simple voice-over-image video. AIRs provide valuable insights into a client’s experience while enhancing the therapeutic process, making them useful for both practice and research.
