Bookings for our courses close one week before the start date, at 10.00am, please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Joining instructions and the delegate pack will be available in your Memberzone, under bookings, once bookings have closed. A reminder email will be sent out to delegates one week before the course.

If you’re not a member, you will still have access to a limited memberzone, just sign in on our website (top right corner) using the details you’ve registered with to create your booking.

You can find your course Welcome pack along with any additional materials in your Memberzone, at least 5 days before the course starts.
We recommend for you to read the welcome pack, which will list any specific art materials you may need or tell you if you need to prepare with anything for the course.
In some cases, additional materials, or presentation slides will only be available after the course. If this is the case, these will be added to your memberzone in the week following the course.
You will receive a certificate of attendance via email after attending one of our CPD courses, Introduction and Foundation courses and ARTiculate courses.
This is normally sent out the week following the course.
If you haven’t received it within 2 weeks, please check your spam folder first, then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
There is no certificates provided for our Free CPD sessions for members.
We can only re-send certificates to you dating back 3 years, where we have clear records of your course attendance.
Employer funded bookings are now available to pay by card. When making a booking it needs to be made on the delegate’s account as we will need their contact details for the course. If they don’t have an account they can create one for free here. Use your company card to complete the payment. Please also tick the employer funded option at checkout.
If your employer wants to pay by invoice, we will now be charging an additional £20 admin fee. You will need to complete our Invoice Details Request – Course Booking Form, and return it to email@example.com along with a PO number. Please note, we cannot accept the form without a PO number.

If you would like to book five or more people on a course, please get in touch with email@example.com, as we may be able to offer you a discount.
We will then provide you with a group booking form, and a final quote. An additional £20 administrative fee will be charged for the invoice.
Once the invoice has been paid, we will provide you with a discount code for your delegates to use at the point of booking.
Please note, all delegates will need to have an account with us, and register themselves for the course, using the discount code provided.
We are not responsible for delegates missing the course should they fail to complete the registration process.
When booking on a course, please take note on who the course is open to. Depending on your membership rate, it might not be open to you.
(For example, if the course is for qualified people only, and you are a trainee member, you won’t be able to book on it.)

We do not record our CPD courses, so unfortunately you won’t be able to access the course at a later date.
However, we repeat many of our courses, so please have a look at our events page to see if we’re running the course again. If you need further assistance, please contact email@example.com.
Please see below our cancellations terms:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Cancellations made one month or before will be refunded in full minus £10 administration fee.
- Less than one month but more than 14 days before the course will be charged at 50%.
- Less than 14 days’ notice will be fully chargeable.
If you can no longer attend the training you can also ask to transfer your place to another CPD course up to one week before the course. Any later than that, BAAT cannot guarantee a transfer.
If your booking was an employer funded booking paid via invoice, please note the £20 admin fee is non-refundable.
