Bookings for our courses close one week before the start date, please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Joining information for all of BAAT courses will be sent out after this, to the email address registered with your account. Please check your junk & spam folders if you have not seen this information. Contacting the office on the day or evening before the start date will not always be responded to prior to the course starting.
You can now also find this information in your Memberzone, under bookings, one week before before the course.
BAAT will no longer require you to complete a form for these bookings. However, upon booking, your employer will be required to provide their credit/debit card details to complete the payment.
The specific employer funded rate is no longer applicable. When booking please select your normal member rate.
If your employer is unable to pay by card and needs an invoice, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please see below our cancellations terms:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to email@example.com.
- Cancellations made one month or before will be refunded in full minus £10 administration fee.
- Less than one month but more than 14 days before the course will be charged at 50%.
- Less than 14 days’ notice will be fully chargeable.
If you can no longer attend the training you can also ask to transfer your place to another CPD course up to one week before the course. Any later than that, BAAT cannot guarantee a transfer.

When booking on a course, please take note on who the course is open to. Depending on your membership rate, it might not be open to you.
(For example, if the course is for qualified people only, and you are a trainee member, you won`t be able to book on it.)
