About Tasha
Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I currently work online, meeting you where you are and helping you address the areas of life that feel challenging right now. Together, we’ll use creative methods like art, poetry, journaling, and embodied practices to help you feel supported and empowered as we move forward.
I specialise in working with identity, exploring intersectionality and supporting those with low mood and anxiety. If you feel we could work well together, I’d love to hear from you - please feel free to get in touch.
I offer clinical supervision for arts therapists, with a special focus on how your unique identity shapes the therapeutic space. I’ve also lectured at the University of Hertfordshire, where I co-developed and taught an intersectionality module. With over 10 years of experience, including work in the NHS and schools, I bring a depth of knowledge to our work together.
For trainees, I offer limited reduced fees.
