About Sarah
I’m Sarah, a BAAT- and HCPC-registered Art Psychotherapist and BACP-registered Counsellor with 9 years’ experience across Higher Education, the NHS, and the third sector. I mainly work with adults, though experience with children and families informs my practice. I offer collaborative, conversational sessions, creating a safe space to explore your inner world and the wider systems shaping your wellbeing. I use art as one tool among many and bring awareness of identity, belonging, and systemic issues, working through an anti-oppressive lens. I have a particular interest in supporting young adults from multicultural and global communities.
I offer in-person sessions on Monday afternoons in the Leith area of Edinburgh, plus flexible online sessions throughout the week.
Please note I’m not able to see current University of Edinburgh students privately, to avoid any conflict with my university role.
