About Sarah
I’m Sarah, a BAAT- and HCPC-registered Art Psychotherapist and BACP-registered Counsellor with 10 years’ experience across Higher Education, the NHS, and the third sector. . My current practice focuses on adults, informed and enriched by my earlier work with children, young people, and families. I offer collaborative, conversational sessions, creating a safe space to explore your inner world and the wider systems shaping your wellbeing. I see art as something in my toolbox and bring awareness of identity, belonging, and systemic issues, working through an anti-oppressive lens. I have a particular interest in supporting young adults from multicultural and global communities.
I work primarily online and currently have availability for Monday daytime, as well as Thursday evening.
Please note I’m not able to see current University of Edinburgh students privately, to avoid any conflict with my university role.
