About Yasmin

My aim as an Art psychotherapist is to support you to express and explore your individual journey and experiences through different materials and processes. A big part of my focus will be on providing a safe space and developing a trusting therapeutic relationship with you. Through my experience, I have seen how this safe space has allowed individuals to go deeper into their reflections and experiences without fear of judgement. Art making acts as a third dimension to the therapeutic relationship and can help you to connect with your unconscious thoughts and processes in ways that words alone may not allow.

I am currently working with adults (18-60yrs) in an NHS mental health setting. Each individual has their own journey and experiences that I aim to be sensitive and responsive to.
