About Eda
www.edaarttherapy.co.uk
Hello – I’m an art psychotherapist and supervisor offering a warm, calm, and creative space for adults, children and adolescents to explore emotions, relationships, and life’s challenges.
My approach is psychodynamic psychotherapy – I work with the unconscious, paying attention to both your present and past experiences and needs, and the deeper patterns that may have shaped your experiences.
My practice is trauma-informed and culturally responsive - I work at your pace, offering a space that values curiosity, respect, and collaboration.
I also work part-time in a public service for children and adolescents. I have specialist training and experience supporting people through loss, bereavement, grief, and change; ADHD and autism specific challenges; anxiety; self image concerns and relational difficulties.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. I offer a free 30-minute discovery call - a chance for us to connect and for you to ask any questions.
