About Gemma

I am a qualified art psychotherapist, working with a psychodynamic approach which facilitates a creative process to help clients gain insight into unconscious processes, resolve internal conflicts, and develop a more profound understanding of themselves for lasting positive change. I tailor my methods to suit the unique needs of each person, fostering personal growth, insight, and resilience.

Using art as a therapeutic outlet can help individuals manage and reduce feelings of anxiety and stress, providing a non-verbal way to express and explore emotions. Art can be a powerful tool for processing and healing from traumatic experiences by assisting individuals in navigating the complex emotions associated with an array of difficulties, in a non-judgmental space.

I am trained to work with adults, children and groups. No problem is too small, and if it’s a concern for you, it matters. Reaching out has the potential to be the starting point for lasting, positive change in your life.
