About Gemma
I am a qualified art psychotherapist with extensive experience working with adults and children. I have significant experience supporting Autistic, ADHD, neurodivergent individuals, as well as those who identify with or relate to autism. I work with an understanding of diverse sensory and processing styles, and welcome people from all backgrounds. My practice is grounded in a psychodynamic approach, using established therapeutic understanding, and creative process to support insight into unconscious patterns, internal conflicts, and a deeper self-understanding. I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely. No artistic ability or previous experience needed. I offer support in exploring anxiety, stress, and difficult or traumatic experiences, with an approach shaped around your needs and pace. No problem is too small - if it matters to you, it matters. Getting in touch can be the first step towards meaningful, lasting change.
